Return, Replacement & Refund Policy – Mahek Tea
At Mahek Tea, we are committed to delivering fresh, high-quality, and naturally crafted products to our valued customers. Once an order is confirmed, we do not accept return or refund requests.
However, in the following genuine cases, we are happy to work with you to find a fair and prompt solution:
1. Damaged Product
If your product arrives damaged, we will gladly resend and replace the item.
Kindly notify us within 2 days of delivery by emailing care@mahektea.com
Please include the following in your email:
Order number
Photo of the invoice
One image of the outer packaging
Two clear images of the damaged product
Unboxing video clearly showing the damage (mandatory)
⚠️ For orders with multiple items, only the affected product will be replaced.
If you are receiving any damaged or defective products then the replacement will be done within 1-5 days and the new products will be delivered within 1-10 days
Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours and assist you throughout the process.
Refund: If refund will be approved then it will be credited in your account within 1-7 business days
Return: You can Return the products within 1-5 days
2. Missing Product
If an item is missing from your package, please report it within 2 days of delivery to care@mahektea.com
Email must include:
Order number
Photo of the invoice
One image of the outer packaging
Two clear images showing contents of the opened box
Unboxing video showing all items received (mandatory)
While we do not offer refunds for missing items, we will happily resend the missing product after verification.
Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with full support.
3. Spoiled Product
If you receive a spoiled product, notify us within 2 days of delivery at care@mahektea.com
Please include:
Order number
Date of packaging / manufacture (from label)
Clear images or video highlighting the issue
❗ Note: As our products are natural and handmade, variations in taste, texture, color, or aroma are expected and not considered defects. These are a mark of authenticity and craftsmanship.
If spoilage is confirmed after internal review, the product will be replaced. We always aim for an amicable and fair resolution.
Expect a response within 24–48 hours, with full assistance provided.
